We all know that feeling – countless hours on Pinterest, saving the photographs that reflect our dream homes. ‘How do people come up with these ideas?’ and more commonly ‘How on Earth do you decide?!’ Well, I’ve realized that it really isn’t that hard, and the most important goal is to make your home feel exactly that: your home.

I started this blog to share my ideas and hopefully inspire others. Like with many things in my life, I don’t like to stick to just one thing. That’s why you will find lots of other topics on here…cooking, traveling, rambling. Just bear with me.

10 years ago I moved to The Netherlands for education. Just 2 years in, I fell in love and decided to stay. After buying my first home together with my partner, I’ve discovered my fondness for homemaking and the importance of feeling comfortable in your own space. Hopefully, I can help you do the same!
